Payment of the fee entitles you to:
• The conference package (abstract book, CD of proceedings, bag) • Refreshments and lunches during the 3 day conference • The cultural evening and dinner on 8th July 2015 • The conference dinner on 9th July 2015 • Access to all sessions and poster exhibition including the pre-conference session
Scholarships [supported by Yakult (Thailand)]
Up to ten scholarships (5,000 Baht in cash each) are available for young scientists who are students from higher education institutions located in AFSLAB’s member countries, with the exception of Thailand. Once the abstracts have been accepted, applicants must submit a full paper for presentation at the conference and a curriculum vitae by emailing them to aclab2015.kasetsart@gmail.com by 15th March 2015. Applicants must not be older than 35 years of age and the award will be judged on quality of the papers. Successful applicants will be informed by 31st May 2015 and the scholarships will be awarded at the conference dinner on 9th July 2015.
Method of Payment:
Payment must be made in USD. Payment must be made by bank transfer; no other method of payment will be accepted. The conference organisers will not be responsible for any bank charges.

Your remittance must be received within 14 days’ of registration. The details of the Conference Bank Account will be displayed on the last page of the online registration application form. Please return the online remittance form by logging in to your account and indicate your conference registration number on this form.
Confirmation of Registration
A letter confirming your registration will be e-mailed to you once you have completed registration online and made the appropriate payment. Upon presentation of this letter at the Conference Registration Desk you will be supplied with your Conference Package and an official receipt.
Cancellation
Remittances will not be refunded upon cancellation and are not transferable.
